Gold coins are not all priced the same. A modern American Eagle is bought close to spot. A pre-1933 Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle in mint state can sell for many multiples of melt. We pay collectors and inheritors what their coins are actually worth — bullion, semi-numismatic, and rare numismatic alike.

Coin collectors and estate executors across the Dallas metro — from University Park and Lakewood to Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, and Richardson — bring coins to us because we keep both a bullion buyer and a numismatic reference library at the counter. That means a Krugerrand, a Mexican 50 Peso, and a 1907 Liberty Head are each priced on their own merits.
On the bullion side we buy American Gold Eagles (1/10, 1/4, 1/2, and 1 oz), American Buffalos, Canadian Maple Leafs, South African Krugerrands, Austrian Philharmonics, Australian Kangaroos and Lunars, Mexican Centenarios and 50 Pesos, Chinese Pandas, and British Sovereigns and Britannias. On the numismatic side we actively buy pre-1933 U.S. gold — Liberty Head and Indian Head $2.50, $5, and $10, and Liberty and Saint-Gaudens $20 Double Eagles — along with foreign gold like French and Swiss 20 Francs, German 20 Marks, and Russian Chervonetz. Proof sets, first-strike, burnished, and certified slabs (PCGS, NGC, ANACS) are evaluated against current dealer-bid sheets.
For modern bullion the math is simple: gold content × current spot × our published bid percentage. For numismatic coins, three things matter — date and mint mark, grade (condition), and current collector demand. We check the coin against recent auction results and dealer sheets like the Greysheet, then make an offer that reflects the higher of melt or numismatic value. If a coin is already certified by PCGS or NGC, we honor the grade. If it isn't, we'll give a conservative grade and explain it.
Many gold buyers melt anything that crosses the counter. We check dates and mintmarks first.
Our percentage of spot for common bullion coins is competitive with major national dealers.
We're comfortable buying entire inherited collections in one transaction, with documentation.
Walk in with the coins, leave with the cash. Nothing leaves your hand without a confirmed offer.
Four straightforward steps — start to finish, usually under twenty minutes.
Leave certified slabs sealed. Loose coins are fine too — handle by the edges.
We separate bullion from numismatic, verify authenticity (weight, dimension, magnet, sigma test if needed), and grade as needed.
Each coin or group is listed with its individual price so you can compare line by line.
Accept the offer and get paid immediately. Decline anything you don't want to sell — partial sales are fine.
